What are your shipping options?
Most our orders go through US Postal Mail - Priority and insured. If you need an item shipped express (overnight), or 2-day delivery please contact us for proper shipping charges.
Do you ship to my country?
We currently ship to the US and Canada. Please contact us to find out about getting orders shipped to another country.
International Customers - Please contact us first to make sure that we do ship to your country. Shipping charges on our Website are for US & Canadian customers and do not apply to international customers. You will receive an additional invoice from us with the appropriate international shipping charges to your country after your order has been placed with us.
What are the general guidelines on shipments going to Canada?
Canadian duties, taxes and brokerage fees on items shipped to Canada are established by Canadian Customs & we are not responsible.
Anything over $20.00 CAD (including gifts) might be subject to Customs fees .
At this time, we only ship USPS to Canada.
Taxes, PST & GST, will vary based on the province to which the items are shipped.
On occasion shipments going to Canada get held up in customs and may take several weeks to clear out and get delivered - please be patient as your shipment will arrive in due time.
What is your Return & Refund Policy?
Return Policy - We stand behind every purchase with our Guarantee Of 100% Satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with any item you order, we will either replace it or provide you with a product refund within 14 days from the date received, excluding original shipping and handling charges & return shipping charges. Items returned after 14 days will not qualify for a refund and will be returned to you. Please notify us within 3 days from receipt of your item with your intent to return the item and the reason for your return. We will then contact you with a return approval and further instructions on returning your item and the return shipping address.
All items returned must be in new, unused condition in original manufacturer's packaging. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returned merchandise unless a different or incorrect item was sent to you in error by us. Credit will be issued on the returned item for the original purchase price only. (Not responsible for Original & Return shipping costs).

Always contact me prior to returning an item at sales@JaRosesUniqueBoutique.com before returning an item for further instructions and the Return Shipping Address and if needed a Return Authorization Number. Once the item is received, your refund will be processed minus Original and Return Shipping Charges. If item was paid through paypal, it will be refunded through paypal. If an item was paid by a Personal Check or Money Order, we will issue a Money Order to you through Postal Mail.
All custom sized rings or special order items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. These items have been custom sized or custom made for you and therefore can not be returned.
All Benchmark Wedding Bands are also non-returnable. You will receive a Lifetime Guarantee & Warranty from Benchmark.
Items shipped to an International Country (outside of the USA) are non-returnable.

We do not have a printed catalog at this time. Our online inventory is continuously being updated to provide you with the most beautiful jewelry pieces that you ask for! It would be very difficult for us to keep a catalog current. If you are looking for a particular jewelry piece and don't have the time to browse our online inventory, please email us at Rose@JaRosesUniqueBoutique.com and we'll assist you in your search.
What is your Personal Check Policy?
We will accept Personal Checks at this time. Please remember if paying by Personal Check, delivery time will take longer. All Personal Checks are held for 10 Business days before and item is ordered or shipped through our manufacturer's and distributors. Items are not shipped until check clears our bank which can take from 7 to 10 Business Days. You can also pay by Personal Check through "PayPal". It typically takes 3 to 4 business days for your check to clear through Pay Pal.
All Personal Checks must be received by us within 7 days from the date you placed the order or your order will be cancelled.
Can you custom size?
Yes, most rings and chains can be custom sized. Custom sizing is non-refundable. There are some items that we cannot custom size due to the design of the items. There is a custom-sizing fee plus or minus the price of gold or Silver. If you want to custom size something, please contact us before you place your order. Please email orders@JaRosesUniqueBoutique.com for custom sizing quotes. Some items in the store already include custome sizing and will be listed in the individual listing.
